The acquisition was finalized on December 31, 2022, as part of Total Apartment Solutions’ strategic expansion into the Atlanta market.
The move strengthens Total Apartment Solutions’ geographic reach and enhances its ability to serve property management companies in the Southeast with its reliable, high-quality apartment turn services. The acquisition included the full team of Turn Factory employees, all of whom have joined Total Apartment Solutions and continue to support clients with the same dedication and expertise.
