The acquisition was finalized on March 31, 2024, as part of Total Apartment Solutions’ strategic expansion into new markets and its continued investment in delivering comprehensive renovation capabilities nationwide.
This acquisition enhances Total Apartment Solutions’ ability to serve national and regional property management companies with a broader geographic reach and a stronger service offering that includes both fast-turn make-ready solutions and full-unit renovations.
