The acquisition was completed on October 15, 2020, aligning with Northrim Horizon’s strategy to invest in enduring businesses and build long-term value by reinvesting earnings back into companies and people.
As part of this acquisition, Northrim Horizon has appointed Tanner Payne as Chief Executive Officer of Total Cleaning and Renovation Services. Payne brings a proven track record of operational excellence and growth leadership.
Total Cleaning and Renovation Services will continue to operate under its current name and brand identity, benefiting from Northrim Horizon’s operational and financial support.
